Shwan O. khudhur he is assist proof with Ph.D. in public law/ criminal law. He is currently the dean of faculty of humanities and social sciences (JHSS). He teaches several topics at department of law. He has a number of articles on law, and has participated in a number of workshops and conferences on law.
