Abstract
Old neighborhoods in any city in the world can encounter many problems. Some of these problems lead to the reduction of the population, the displacement of most residential units and the deterioration of houses and their urban characteristicsThe revival of the old city of Koya, like the rest of the old neighborhoods in the world's cities in general and developing countries in particular, face many problems too. In 1947, the population of the old neighborhoods was 100% of the city's total population. In 2017, however, the percentage of the population decreased to less than 8% of the urban population. The materials used therein, as well as the curvature and inadequacy of its road network. In order to address these issues and solve these problems, the research proposes a set of solutions to take into account the factors that are considered in the case of drawing up the plan for the preservation and development of old neighborhoods in the city of Koy.

گهڕهكه كۆنهكان، ئهو گهڕهكانهن كه مێژووی دروستبونیان، بۆ سهرهتاكانی دروستبونی شارهكان دهگهڕێتهوه، بهشێك له وڵاتان بهتایبهتی وڵاته پێشكهوتووهكان بایهخ بهگهڕهكهكۆنهكانی شار دهدهن و پارێزگاری لێ دهكهن، ئهمهش لهوه سهرچاوه دهگرێ پێیان وایه گهڕهكه كۆنهكان گوزارشت له مێژوو و هونهری بیناسازی و كهلهپوری شارهكان دهكهن، شاری كۆیهش وهكو ههر شارێكی كۆن له رۆژههڵاتی ناوهڕاست وعێراق و ههرێمی كوردستان، چهند گهڕهكێكی كۆنی وهكو(بهفری قهندی و بایزئاغا و قهڵات)ی له خۆگرتووه، كه له رووی پلانی گهڕهك و یهكهكانی نیشتهجێبوون و كهرهستهكانی بیناسازی بۆ سهردهمهكانی كۆنی شارهكه دهگهڕێتهوه، ئهمه جگه لهوهی چهندین یهكهی نیشتهجێبوون و خانووی دێرین ههیه، كه بهشێوازی هونهری بیناسازی ناوازه دروستكراون و گوزارشت له میژوو و كهلهپوری شاری كۆیه دهكهن.
