Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of teachers in developing the principles of peaceful coexistence in high schools in Koya. The research adopts a qualitative approach and will be conducted through semi-structured interviews. The research population consists of high school teachers in Koya, with a sample of 15 teachers selected for interviews. The study takes into account variables such as age, gender, religious composition, and cultural and political affiliation.
