Free accommodation will be provided for international guests (speakers and scientific committee) inside Koya as shown below:
- Speakers in Kosar Resort at the top of Haibat Sultan Mountain.
- Keynote Speaker and the Scientific Committee members at the guest house of Koya University.
University vehicles will be provided for transferring participants from the University to their accommodation and vice versa.
